Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Live-In Care Assistant to join our team. As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with meal preparation and cooking, as well as light housekeeping and laundry.
- Support clients with their medication and provide reminders as needed.
- Engage in activities with clients, such as reading, watching movies, or going for walks.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any concerns or issues to management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care setting, such as a care home or domiciliary care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
