Our team of specialists includes brand strategists, researchers, data analysts, digital media planners, and content creators who work together to provide frameworks that optimize our clients' advertising investment.

Role Description

We are seeking a Comms Director to join our vibrant UK planning team and play a leading role across two of our core clients, American Express and Fidelity. As a Comms Director, you will drive forward media planning excellence, innovative thinking, and exceptional client relationships. You will have a deep understanding of the UK media landscape and embody our Better World Media philosophy to deliver impactful, commercially successful work that delights and inspires clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Client Partner to deliver critical business objectives.
  • Develop strategic end-to-end recommendations with specialist business units to ensure brilliant thinking is turned into brilliant implementation.
  • Build strong, meaningful relationships with client peers and colleagues.
  • Support the Client Partner in building effective day-to-day management processes.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of annual and ongoing client action plans.
  • Accountable for the accurate upkeep and delivery of financial processes.
  • Collaborate with third parties and Media Owners to bring innovation and new solutions into the agency.
  • Inspire, coach, and guide teams in delivering fantastic work and transforming the business.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience in managing a team and enabling the development of those around you.
  • Experience in ATL and digital media, with the ability to clearly articulate how communications deliver a positive impact on clients' businesses.
  • Comfortable leading meetings and presenting to clients.
  • Good communication skills, familiar with developing strong client and industry connections.
  • Ambitious, with a thirst for continually learning and delivering an improved UM product.
