We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team as a Road Sweeper Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing road sweepers to ensure they are in top working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on road sweepers, including IC engines, hydraulic systems, and auto-electrical systems.
  2. Conduct welding repairs and refurbishments as required.
  3. Carry out body building jobs on mounting spreaders and other associated projects.
  4. Provide excellent customer service and complete daily job sheets accurately.
  5. Collaborate with the workshop team to meet or exceed deadlines and targets.

Requirements:

  1. Full driver's licence.
  2. Apprenticeship or qualification in an engineering-related subject preferred; relevant experience considered.
  3. Clean driving license; HGV license desirable or willingness to obtain.
  4. Flexibility and adaptability in work approach.
  5. Positive customer-focused attitude.
  6. Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Ability to use computer systems for data input.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position with an ASAP start. The successful candidate will be based in Greater London and will be required to travel to various customer sites in Central London.
