Job Title: Health Care Aide

About the Job:
Cogir Senior Living offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors. As a Health Care Aide, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This is a rewarding role that requires compassion, empathy, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with personal care and hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Facilitate resident transfers and observe changes in condition
• Escalate medical emergencies and assist with ambulation and mobilization
• Provide cognitive and emotional support to residents and their families
• Maintain confidentiality and respond to concerns in a professional manner
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Engage with other agencies and attend in-services to develop knowledge and skills

What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $28-$35 per hour, depending on experience, plus opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:
• Health Care Aide certification
• Experience working with seniors and vulnerable populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks and obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
