The Role:
This sales position involves selling a portfolio of wound care and compression therapy solutions into the NHS, including Procurement/Medicines Management, TVN's, Leg Ulcer Nurse Specialists, and Specialist Nurses. The successful candidate will develop a business plan to gain formulary inclusion for specified products and identify new sales opportunities within community and hospital accounts.
The Account Manager will utilize an OMNI-channel approach: digital platforms, social media, and face-to-face interactions, while remotely working from home and autonomously networking throughout complex, multi-tiered NHS accounts. The territory covers Greater Manchester, including Bolton, Wigan, Rochdale, Salford, Bury, Oldham, Trafford, Manchester, Stockport, Tameside, and Isle of Man.
Benefits Package:
- £44,000 - £53,000 per annum
- DOE plus uncapped bonuses

To succeed as an Account Manager, you must have a proven track record in account management, demonstrating effective territory management and time-keeping skills, along with commercial and strategic thinking. A strong analytical data skillset and ability to present product proposals, including cost savings to key decision makers, are also essential. Additionally, good planning and organizing skills, utilizing commercial knowledge and data to effectively plan territory and maximize time, are required.
A full valid driving license is necessary for this role.
