Drive Commercial Excellence

As a key member of the Sky Business team, you will be responsible for leading the commercial performance of our business. This includes driving weekly trading governance, collaborating with finance and business segments to shape annual commercial plans, and developing business cases for new propositions and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead weekly trading governance across all market segments to ensure performance meets or exceeds targets.
  • Collaborate with finance and business segments to shape annual commercial plans and quarterly forecasts.
  • Develop business cases for new propositions, partnerships, and marketing investments.
  • Manage the overall Sky Business marketing budget.
  • Serve as the "one truth" for historical commercial performance and future targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the UK B2B telecoms and TV market.
  • Advanced numeracy and proficiency in Excel and analytics tools.
  • Ability to distill complex data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Confident in leading discussions and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in managing and motivating teams.
