Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to engage with their interests, maintain their skills, and receive personalized care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Person-Centered Care: Provide high-quality care that is tailored to the individual's needs and preferences.
  • Support Daily Living Activities: Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage Independence: Support individuals to develop and maintain their independence, including accessing community resources and engaging in activities of interest.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve individual goals.
  • Safeguard and Promote Well-being: Safeguard the welfare of individuals in our care and promote their physical and emotional well-being.
Requirements
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not essential.
  • Criminal Records Check: Satisfactory criminal records checks are required.
  • Right to Work in the UK: The right to work in the UK is essential.
