Role Overview

V3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Merchandising Specialist - In-Store to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our clients' services in retail hardware stores across North Hampshire and Thames Valley areas. This role involves engaging with store colleagues, providing product training, and supporting them with any queries they may have.

About the Job

This is a 37.5 hours per week position, offering a salary of £25,000 per annum, plus a bonus paid on in-store signs. As a Field Merchandising Executive, you will be responsible for managing daily route planning, completing visit reports on the Repsly App, and capturing key details and information that feed into the Retail Database.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage logistical operations, complete visit reports, and capture key details and information on the Repsly App.
  • Engage with store colleagues, provide product training, and support them with any queries they may have.
  • Collaborate with store staff to enhance the customer experience and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • A strong retail background, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for visual presentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with store staff and manage logistics effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a clean driving license, and ability to work independently.
