Public Affairs and Policy Strategist

At RSA, we're committed to shaping the future of insurance. We're looking for a talented Public Affairs and Policy Strategist to join our team on a hybrid basis. As a key member of our Internal Comms team, you'll play a critical role in promoting RSA's reputation among key political stakeholders.
Working closely with the Head of External Affairs, you'll develop and implement a strategic public affairs plan that positions RSA as a leading Commercial Lines and Specialty Lines insurer. Your work will involve building relationships with parliamentarians, civil servants, and external agencies to support RSA's objectives.
You'll provide political insights, monitoring, and analysis, while collaborating across the business to develop agile policy positions and responses to political developments. You'll also support senior colleagues with political engagements, such as preparing for Select Committees and drafting policy positions.
This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to shape RSA's reputation and policy direction. If you have a passion for public affairs, a deep understanding of the political landscape, and experience in a regulated sector, we encourage you to apply.
