Job Title: Highly Specialist Speech

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Speech and Language Therapist to join our team as the Team Leader for our Stroke Unit. This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week, with a requirement for weekend and bank holiday working on a rota system.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide clinical and team leadership to a small but growing team of Speech and Language Therapists, including sickness, supervision, and appraisals. They will be responsible for day-to-day coordination of the team and case load management.

They will also provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for adults with acquired communication and swallowing difficulties, providing senior support for the team.
