About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join Enable as Chief Finance Officer, providing strategic leadership and direction to our central services. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be instrumental in shaping the organisation's continued growth and helping us achieve our ambitious goals both nationally and internationally.

You will be responsible for driving productivity improvements, safeguarding Enable's financial strength, resilience, and sustainability as we expand our reach and impact.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing effective growth strategies.
  • Strong commercial skills and a deep understanding of Enable's mission and values.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and foster partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading and managing diverse teams.
