The Role:

  • Assist in improving the quality of balance sheet reconciliations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Prepare monthly journals for entry onto the ERP system, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Work within the Financial Reporting team, generating monthly reports that provide valuable insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in the audit process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Monthly reconciliations of complex supplier agreements and arrangements, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Support and contribute to the consolidation accounts for the Group, providing financial expertise and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant, either ACA or ACCA, with a strong academic background and a collaborative management style.
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work undertaken.
  • Willingness to progress and succeed within the business, with a strong desire to grow and develop professionally.

Package:

  • Circa £55,000 per annum.
