Membership Experience Host

Everlast Gyms is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Membership Experience Host to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our members, and contributing to the overall success of our club.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maximize every member and guest's experience in our club, providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service, building strong relationships with our members.
  • Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our members.
  • Act as a competent key holder, covering shifts as required and ensuring the club is secure and ready for business.
  • Develop a good understanding of our membership software system, using it to effectively manage member interactions and provide exceptional service.
  • Stay up-to-date with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, participating in these initiatives to drive member engagement.
  • Support the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our members.
  • Ensure you have experienced the products and services on offer, providing informed recommendations to our members.
  • Take an active role in maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities, exceeding expectations and setting a high standard for our team.
  • Drive secondary spend KPI targets, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and enhance the member experience.
  • Competently deal with member complaints, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and the relevant manager is informed.
Requirements:
  • Be of an outgoing personality, with a positive mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Be competent with all administrative duties, using technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Be driven and ambitious, with a keen desire to learn and develop both behaviors and competencies specific to the role.
  • Be willing and able to participate in learning and development opportunities, progressing both your competencies and career.
  • Be able to drop into operational key holder duties as required, supporting the business and your team members.
  • Be passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on our members' experiences.
  • Be flexible, willing to work shifts to suit the needs of the business and take on additional duties to support your team members.
  • Be target-focused, supporting the club with sales and retention efforts to achieve success for the business.
