About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Casual Nursery Worker to join our team at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Grange Park, part of Grandir UK. As a Casual Nursery Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a positive role model to promote Grandir UK values and ensure equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children.
  • Supervise and support children at all times, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Contribute to preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners.
  • Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices.
  • Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation stage.
  • Maintain confidentiality, where appropriate, and ensure a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors, and work colleagues.
