Job Description

As a Paediatric Rehabilitation Therapist at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of children and young people with complex needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of children's needs and developing individualised treatment plans.
  • Providing specialist rehabilitation services, including occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and speech and language therapy.
  • Collaborating with other professionals, including doctors, nurses, and social workers, to ensure seamless care pathways.
  • Supporting children and young people to develop the skills and confidence they need to participate fully in education and life.
