About the Role

The Quality and Governance Manager plays a pivotal part in the Rochdale and Oldham management team, overseeing all aspects of quality improvement and governance of the service. This includes coordinating and managing internal/external audits, leading death learning processes, overseeing incident reporting, and managing customer feedback. The successful candidate will also ensure adherence to CQC regulatory compliance, review and submit complex reports and investigations, and ensure compliance with mandatory training.

Key Responsibilities

The Quality and Governance Manager will work closely with the ROAR leadership team to identify improvement opportunities and support change delivery. This includes overseeing a comprehensive service development plan to focus the team and drive improvement.

About You

We are looking for someone with outstanding written and telephone communication skills, able to work effectively, independently, and as part of a busy management team. A good background in managing health and safety and people management experience is essential.
