Water Engineering Team Lead

Pick Everard is a leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with a vast pipeline of work in the UK Regulated Water Sector. We are now looking to expand our Water senior management team and appoint an Associate / Associate Director to join our flourishing Water Engineering team in Manchester.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the delivery of Framework outputs, specific projects, and coordination of project resources. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need a relevant degree and significant experience in the UK Regulated Water Sector. A professional qualification, such as Chartered Engineer registration with the Engineering Council, is also essential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, able to generate a team environment that encourages collaboration and confidence in project delivery. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required.
In terms of salary, we offer an attractive package, including £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as agile working, private healthcare, and stakeholder pension.
