About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement professional to join our team at NP Aerospace. As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives and drive cost savings.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruptions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain procurement reports and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations, including ITAR/Foreign Controls.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
