Key Responsibilities- Delivering High-Quality Care: Provide person-centered care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
- Leading the Care Team: Supervise and mentor our care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Effective Communication: Maintain accurate and timely records, communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Medication Management: Administer and record medications according to policy and statutory requirements.
- Wound Management: Provide expert care for residents with wounds, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Staff Supervision and Appraisals: Conduct regular staff supervision and appraisals, promoting professional development and growth.
- Quality Audits: Participate in internal quality audits, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to our continuous quality improvement program.
- Competitive Salary: £23.50 per hour
