Measurabl provides innovative ESG data management solutions for the commercial real estate industry.

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Data Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing complex data sets and preparing custom reports for regulatory and sustainability reporting purposes.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various sustainability and regulatory reporting frameworks and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely report delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex data sets and prepare custom reports for regulatory and sustainability reporting purposes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of local, regional, and global ESG reporting frameworks such as Green Loans (HUD, Fannie, Freddie), GRESB, SFDR, CDP, EU Taxonomy, local compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely report delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in ESG reporting, sustainability data management, or a related compliance role.
  • Strong familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRESB, Energy Star, CDP, local compliance, and green loan programs.
  • Experience managing complex data sets and preparing custom reports for regulatory and sustainability reporting.

Salary: £54,000 - £68,000 per annum. Benefits include unlimited time off, benefits in line with your local country requirements, holiday paid time off, flexible work hours, and stock options.
