Administrative Support Specialist - Financial Services

About the Company: As an established pension brokerage serving the public sector, Irish Pensions & Finance requires a diligent Life & Pensions Administrator to maintain our high standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting financial advisors with new business applications and database management
  • Collaborating with product providers to ensure seamless services
  • Responding to client inquiries via phone and email, maintaining strong communication channels

Your Profile:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role within financial services
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems, with excellent organizational skills
