Job Description

The Senior Gas Compliance Officer will be responsible for visiting customers' homes to carry out inspections for completed work, requests for repairs and improvements. You will ensure effective management of contractors to ensure compliance with contract, regulation and legislation applicable to our residential stock.

You will own responsibility for management and delivery of robust servicing, maintenance and repair contracts including monitoring of budgets. Additionally, you will ensure that all policies and procedures are reviewed and updated regularly.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of contract monitoring in gas areas relevant to the role, such as gas/electrical safety, mechanical, engineering. Experience in gas auditing/quality inspections is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience of contract monitoring in gas areas relevant to the role
