Job Summary

The Forward Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Band 6 Substance Misuse Nurse to join our team. As a Senior Band 6 Substance Misuse Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality treatment and recovery support services to individuals struggling with addiction.

About the Role

As a Lead Nurse in Addiction Treatment, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans that address the complex needs of individuals with substance misuse issues
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conducting assessments and providing individualized support to clients
  • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in substance misuse treatment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
