Job Overview

As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for their clients in the construction and property sectors. You will work closely with the team to develop your skills and knowledge, and have the opportunity to gain qualifications through their apprentice training provider.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sourcing and recruiting top talent for clients in the construction and property sectors
  2. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
  3. Working closely with the team to develop skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the construction and property sectors, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
