">Job Overview">

We are seeking a highly qualified Lecturer in Imperial or Global History to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong research background in Imperial or Global History, with expertise in areas related to European empires, colonial Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Contribute to teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including team-taught modules and supervision of independent work at levels 2, 3, and MA level.">
  • Devise and teach Level 2 Option Modules and Level 3 Special Subjects.">
  • Engage in interdisciplinary and multi-disciplinary research, collaborating with existing group members and fostering interactions within the University and externally.">
">Requirements">

The ideal candidate will hold a PhD in Imperial or Global History, with an internationally recognized research program in these fields. They should demonstrate a strong record of attracting research funding, teamwork skills, and the ability to engage in continuous professional development.
