Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Finance Director to oversee financial operations and drive business growth. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing a small team of finance staff, handling key financial tasks, and collaborating with business leaders to provide strategic insights.

About the RoleKey Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive management accounts, highlighting financial trends and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Account Reconciliation and Management: Reconcile accounts, post month-end journals, and manage intercompany transactions efficiently.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee the timely resolution of invoices, ensuring seamless cash flow.
  • Audit Support and Financial Forecasting: Contribute to audit processes and support the development of accurate financial forecasts.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: AAT, ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified or equivalent experience (QBE).
  • NetSuite Experience: Must have hands-on experience with NetSuite.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Problem-Solving and Proactivity: Possess a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Salary and Benefits
