Education Support Position Overview

We are seeking a graduate with strong humanities background to join our team as an education support assistant. This role involves providing one-to-one and small group support to students in secondary education, particularly those with special educational needs.

The successful candidate will assist class teachers and students with humanities-based subjects, working across key stages 3, 4, and 5. A strong academic record, including a 2:1 or first-class degree, is essential for this position.

Job Requirements
  1. Providing academic support to students in humanities-based subjects
  2. Assisting class teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  3. Supporting students with special educational needs

This is a long-term, full-time opportunity based in the London borough of Hackney. The salary for this role is £105-£110 per day, Monday to Friday only, term-time only. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
