About the Role

As a Media Operations Manager at Carwow Group, you will be responsible for delivering our strategic client advertising plans. This role is a crucial part of our ambitious OEM and Media team, where you will handle client communication, campaign setup, pacing, optimisation, performance analysis, and reporting.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in digital media, programmatic advertising, and yield management. Your expertise in Google Ad Manager and creative types will be essential in this role. You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, media agencies, and demand partners.

What You'll Do

  1. Be the main point of contact for all client communication post-sale, handling setup, pacing, optimisation, performance analysis, and reporting of advertising campaigns.
  2. Analyse performance data to highlight key trends and advise internal teams and external clients based on this, considering fill rates.
  3. Be the linchpin between Carwow internally, the client, and the media agency.
  4. Proactively investigate issues (delivery discrepancies, technical issues, etc) and provide resolutions to these issues.
  5. Create and provide detailed and accurate campaign delivery reports each month for client invoicing and internal reporting.
  6. Identify and develop process improvements as our product set increases.
  7. Work with teams across the business to continually improve our media offering.

What You'll Need

  1. Relevant work experience in digital media, programmatic advertising, or AdTech is highly desirable.
  2. Experience with Google Ad Manager and working with a variety of creative types, including video, display, rich display, HTML5, etc.
  3. Programmatic and yield management experience is a major plus.
  4. Continually promote and achieve high standards of quality at work, applying attention to detail to execution, and constantly looking for problems to solve and ways to improve.
  5. Proven track record of exceptional time management, effectively planning long-term and big-picture projects while maintaining day-to-day effectiveness.
  6. Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, taking a collaborative approach to work and understanding the limitations of one's own perspective.
