Job Title: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.

About the Role

This is a sales role that involves business development and telephone work, speaking directly with clients across the world, working on assignments, and headhunting candidates. In this demanding and dynamic environment, we reward drive and initiative, and encourage you to take responsibility for your own success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities through business development and telephone work
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients across various industries
  • Deliver exceptional recruitment services to clients, including candidate sourcing and placement
  • Work on assignments and headhunt candidates to meet client requirements
  • Take ownership of your sales and recruitment activities, setting goals and targets for yourself
Requirements
  • Recent degree or sales experience
  • Confident and outgoing with excellent communication skills
  • Ambitious individuals looking to progress quickly in a sales and recruitment environment
  • Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of the recruitment industry
  • Financially and success-driven with a competitive nature
  • Resilient, hardworking, and persuasive with a strong work ethic
