As an Access Controller, you'll be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, ensuring the smooth flow of visitors, and providing excellent customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a cutting-edge 3D scanning company and contribute to their success.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and reassuring visitors in the waiting area.
- Directing visitors to the appropriate staff or areas.
- Monitoring CCTV footage to ensure the safety of all areas.
- Responding promptly and professionally to incidents or challenging situations.
- Participating in regular patrols of the property to identify and mitigate safety risks.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Valid UK security qualification (e.g., SIA licence).
- Experience in security or a similar protective role.
- Familiarity with CCTV monitoring and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
