We are seeking a Senior Property Underwriter to join our London Major Risk team. This team is responsible for underwriting London Market Retail Property business, across company and where necessary Syndicate paper.

With hybrid working and excellent benefits, you will be working alongside colleagues in a supportive and inclusive environment. Our ideal candidate will have experience in the property insurance market, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry dynamics.

The successful candidate will underwrite insurance risks in alignment with the Business Plan and personal authority to achieve business objectives. Ensuring compliance with insurance strategy to mitigate risk and achieve business plan targets is also essential.

We require a Commercial acumen to grasp key profit drivers and maximize long-term wealth for shareholders. Intermediate proficiency in relevant software, including Excel and other departmental tools, is also necessary.

This role offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. Our comprehensive package includes:

  • 30 days holiday a year with the option to buy up to 2 additional days
