About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Systems Engineering Graduate to join our team at BAE Systems. As a Systems Engineering Graduate, you will play a key role in the design, development, and testing of our submarine systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the capture, definition, analysis, and management of requirements for submarine systems.
  • Contribute to system design, analysis, testing, and optimization activities.
  • Develop and maintain virtual models of systems and subsystems.
  • Utilize tools and software such as Enterprise Architect, Matlab, Simulink, and JIRA to support system development.
  • Support modeling and simulation activities to validate system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system validation and verification.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in systems engineering principles and practices. You will also need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
