About the Role
We are seeking a talented Senior Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, identifying and troubleshooting electrical faults, and performing preventive maintenance to optimize system performance. Additionally, you will install, commission, and decommission electrical equipment and systems, and assist with the installation of new machinery and upgrade of existing systems to improve production efficiency and safety.

You will work closely with other engineers and departments to support production needs and project initiatives, maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance, and provide technical support and training to production teams to ensure proper use and care of electrical equipment.

The successful candidate will be qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, have strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and control systems in a manufacturing environment, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A competitive salary ranging between £45,000 - £48,000 per annum and benefits package is offered for this role.
