Ribbons and Reeves Limited is seeking a Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Mental Health Support Assistant in a Secondary School setting.

**Job Summary:**
As a Psychology Graduate, you will work under the guidance of experienced professionals to provide emotional support to Secondary-School children who are experiencing distressing levels of emotional stress.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide individualized support to students to build their self-esteem, self-worth, independence, and confidence
* Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement strategies to support students
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to parents and carers

**Requirements:**

* A degree in Psychology or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
