About the Role:This role will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems for our energy storage equipment. As an Electrical Systems Engineer, you will work closely with our Field Services Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our products into customer sites. Your expertise in electrical systems engineering, combined with your passion for renewable energy, will enable us to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the growing demand for clean energy.
Responsibilities:- Design and install electrical systems for our energy storage equipment, ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with our manufacturing team to develop and improve electrical system designs, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
- Work closely with customers to understand their specific needs, providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical system installations, testing, and maintenance, contributing insights to drive improvement.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance knowledge of new technologies and best practices in electrical systems engineering.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical systems engineering, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, installation, and maintenance.
- Experience with electrical simulation software, such as Autodesk or Siemens.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
