The Merchandising department at Hackett is looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their team as a Merchandising Support Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Merchandising team, ensuring the correct stock position at all times and assisting with the planning and distribution of products.

Key responsibilities will include attending weekly trade meetings, providing weekly summaries of key performance indicators, analysing past sales figures and trends to anticipate future product needs, and defining the correct replenishment plan to ensure accurate assortments.

In addition to these duties, the successful candidate will also be responsible for reporting on lessons learned from seasonal promotions or marketing campaigns, maximising stock efficiencies and commitment flow, and communicating regularly with stores staff to achieve objectives and coordinate operational processes.

Partnering with the Allocation team to control inventory levels, allocations, and replenishment will also be an important aspect of this role.

As a Merchandising Support Specialist, the successful candidate will work closely with the team to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive sales growth through effective stock management and planning.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, and proficiency in IT skills, especially in data manipulation using Excel.

Fluency in English is essential, and Spanish proficiency is advantageous.

SAP knowledge is a plus, and the ability to navigate demanding workloads while consistently meeting deadlines is crucial for this role.
