About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team at Conrad Consulting Ltd. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in leading our architectural team and contributing to the success of our Residential sector projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
  • Develop and implement design strategies that meet client needs and exceed expectations

  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and technicians
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • ARB/RIBA qualified architect with a minimum of 5-8 years post-qualification experience
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality architectural projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of REVIT
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
