Aesthetic Field Service Specialist

Prospero Integrated is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients in the Audio Visual industry.
Main Responsibilities:- Scheduled Maintenance Visits: Carry out regular maintenance visits to ensure our clients' Audio Visual systems are running smoothly, including updating asset registers and communicating with our After Sales Coordinator.
- Technical Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support to our After Sales Coordinator and junior engineers, promoting a culture of excellence within our division.
- Service Visits: Conduct service visits as required, adhering to agreed response times and completing Service Reports in a timely manner.
- Repair Works: Perform on-site repair works as necessary, completing necessary paperwork and communicating with our After Sales Coordinator.
- Service Call Management: Liaise with our After Sales Coordinator regarding incoming service calls, attending bookings, and providing feedback.
- Follow-up Visits: Attend follow-up service visits, documenting and monitoring outstanding issues, and communicating with our After Sales Coordinator to ensure completion within the schedule.
- Tracking and Reporting: Complete and present paperwork to our After Sales Coordinator, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- At least 5 years' experience in a service engineering role, with a strong background in the Audio Visual and Technological industry.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to react quickly and calmly to customer demands.
- An excellent understanding of integrated Audio Visual systems, their maintenance requirements, and the software and hardware that comprise them.
- The ability to manage your own work and travel time to meet deadlines and maintain a daily schedule.
