About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at HSL Chairs. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our showroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer a fantastic service from the start, including opening doors for customers and taking care of their needs.
  • Share knowledge about the wellbeing benefits of our feel good furniture and help customers find the right products for their needs.
  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure that our customers receive their products as specified.
  • Ensure that the showroom is clean, fresh, and welcoming at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a world-class customer experience.
Requirements
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Attention to detail and ability to process orders accurately.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and weekdays as required.
