We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our team at Just Mortgages. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care and delivering outstanding results in the mortgage and protection industry.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximizing in-branch opportunities and thriving within a challenging yet stimulating environment.
- Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximize value from each client.
- Generate your own leads and business.
- Work in tandem with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team, and Divisional Sales Director to ensure an efficient process for the client.
- Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to provide the highest possible level of customer service.
- Currently hold CeMAP qualification or an industry equivalent qualification.
- Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
- Proof of Address, National Insurance, and Full UK Driving Licence.
- On target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year.
- Fully uncapped commission scheme.
- £22,000 - £28,000 Basic salary (dependent on experience).
- Guaranteed monthly payments whilst building a pipeline, for up to 6 months.
- Company car, OR £250 monthly car allowance.
- Company laptop.
