**About the Role:** We are seeking a Development Planning Coordinator to join our team at Huphuphup in Exeter. As a key member of our transport planning team, you will play a crucial role in delivering highways and transport inputs on projects across the south-west region.

The successful candidate will have experience in transport planning and working as part of a wider team of professionals to help deliver schemes through the planning process. You will have acquired comprehensive knowledge of the Transport Assessment process and all that entails.

You can expect to work on and lead a wide variety of projects, including major mixed-use urban extensions, urban regeneration schemes, delivery of new employment land, leisure and tourism schemes, renewable energy facilities, proposals for new trunk road service areas, and affordable housing and local employment sites.

**Estimated Salary:** £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
