Adopters for Adoption is a national adoption agency seeking self-employed social workers to assess and prepare prospective adopters.

We are looking for qualified social workers with experience in adoption assessment and support who can offer ongoing support to approved adopters, through to the adoption order.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of therapeutic parenting approaches and be able to write robust assessment reports.

We offer regular consultation and support to our independent social workers, as well as opportunities for practice development.

This role provides a unique opportunity to work independently while still benefiting from the support and resources of Adopters for Adoption.

With a focus on providing high-quality assessment and support services, we are committed to helping individuals and families achieve their goals.

In this role, you will have the autonomy to work independently while still being part of a larger team.

The salary for this position is approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
