About This Opportunity
We are excited to offer a unique chance for a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker in Burnley. This role involves supporting a young lady in her own home, promoting her independence and enhancing her overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing emotional support and companionship to the service user
- Assisting with daily routines, including meal preparation and household chores
- Encouraging the service user's participation in community activities
- Maintaining accurate records of the service user's progress and needs
Requirements
- A genuine interest in delivering person-centred care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A willingness to undergo training and development opportunities
What We Offer
- An attractive hourly rate of £13 (Enhanced rate on Bank Holidays)

Salary: £13 per hour (£26,304 - £32,938 per annum based on 37 hours/week)
