Reed Finance is partnering with a successful manufacturing business to find a new Financial Controller. This role will involve working closely with senior leaders and managing key finance personnel to support business growth and maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform variance analysis and provide explanations for deviations from budget and forecast.
- Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and statutory financial statements.
- Manage accounts receivable, including factoring, rebates, and bad-debt risk calculation.
- Assist with yearly financial audits and ensure SOX compliance.
- Other responsibilities may include bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, tax reporting, and forecasting model creation.
- Fully qualified in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Relevant senior finance experience.
This role offers hybrid working and an attractive salary. The successful candidate will be a suitably experienced finance professional who is ready to work with a rewarding and successful business with minimal staff turnover.
