Teaching Personnel is Seeking a SENCO:
A highly skilled and experienced SENDCo to join our team at an outstanding high school in Darwen. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities, working closely with staff and parents to ensure inclusive learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing additional support and resources for students with special educational needs and disabilities
- Developing and implementing individualized plans
- Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and training in SEND
- Experience working in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Estimated Salary: £40,750 per annum (based on location and industry standards)
