Your Role
As an Optometrist, you will play a key part in creating an environment that combines clinical and operational excellence. You will work in partnership with an Optical Manager to develop new patient services, ensuring we offer our customers the most current and accessible services to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen patients and provide coaching and training to the wider team
- Maintain standards on the department and contribute to the development of new patient services
- Work in partnership with the Optical Manager to deliver high-quality patient care
- Support the development of the department and contribute to the creation of a memorable customer experience
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a fully qualified optometrist registered with the General Optical Council, a registered performer with your NHS area team or health board, and MECs or WECs accredited. You will also be able to use your skills and passion for the role to deliver a memorable customer experience and be passionate about developing new patient services and shaping the culture of the department.
