Overview

Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies is a leading contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) that specializes in the development and manufacture of biopharmaceuticals. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director Business Development Gene Therapy to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the gene therapy space
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the gene therapy market, including trends, opportunities, and challenges
Requirements
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field, such as business, life sciences, or engineering
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
