Credit Controller

At Kenton Black Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring a proactive approach to collecting outstanding debt, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a proactive approach to collecting outstanding debt to meet collection targets
- Manage and monitor new customer accounts, including setting and controlling credit limits
- Ensure strong relationships are maintained with customers and internal colleagues
- Manage your own portfolio of accounts, ensuring outstanding debts are collected in line with company policy
- Provide assistance to managers on ad hoc projects from time to time
Requirements:
- Experience working within Credit Control/Accounts Receivable
- Experience in using accounting software
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
- Proactive and ambitious
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work well alone or as part of a team
- Fluent in French or German
