Mathematics Professor

We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Mathematics Teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. This full-time permanent position offers a unique opportunity to share your passion for numbers and make a lasting impact on young minds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and engaging mathematics curriculum to students across Key Stages 3 and 4 with the possibility of teaching at Key Stage 5 depending on experience and qualifications. The role entails fostering a stimulating learning environment that promotes critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a love for mathematics.

• Lesson Design and Delivery: Design and deliver captivating mathematics lessons aligned with the national curriculum and the school's educational ethos.
• Classroom Management: Create a dynamic and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement, participation, and a growth mindset.
• Assessment and Feedback: Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback and differentiated support to facilitate individual achievement.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Mathematics department and across the school to enhance the learning experience.
