Role Overview – Assembly and Test Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturer of bespoke hydraulic products, is seeking an experienced Assembly and Test Technician to join their talented manufacturing function.

Key Responsibilities – Assembly and Test Technician

• Identify and test faults in complex hydraulic products.

• Assemble complex hydraulic products.

• Interpret engineering drawings.

• Conduct Quality Audits.

• Build new or repair complex hydraulic products.

• Utilize measuring equipment such as Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, and Height Gauges to inspect component parts.

Qualifications and Requirements – Assembly and Test Technician

• Apprentice-trained (or equivalent level of qualification) in Mechanical Engineering.

• Proven experience in a complex engineering/manufacturing environment.

• Competent in reading and following different set procedures.

• Proficient with a range of assembly tools.

• Hydraulic testing experience.
